​Thank you for shopping at My Ovazone (https://myovazone.com). Since we deal exclusively in digital products (PDFs and downloadable guides), please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

​1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital files (PDFs). Once a purchase is successfully completed, the product is delivered instantly via a download link on the screen.

​2. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads (PDF files cannot be physically “returned” once downloaded), all sales are final. Once an order is successfully processed and the download link has been generated or sent, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except under the special circumstances outlined below.

​3. Eligible Exceptions for Refunds

We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following rare cases:

  • ​Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice within a short period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • ​Corrupted or Inaccessible File: If the downloaded PDF file proves to be completely broken, corrupted, or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to fix or send a working file within 48 hours of your report.

​To claim a review under these exceptions, you must contact us at support@myovazone.com with your Order ID and a clear description of the issue within 3 days of purchase.

​4. Order Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
